Problems solved by technology

Although the postoperative effect of replacing diseased blood vessels with autologous blood vessels is satisfactory, it is difficult to meet the clinical needs due to reasons such as limited sources and donor site trauma.
Artificial blood vessels made of non-degradable polymers such as polyester and expanded polytetrafluoroethylene have good effects in high-speed blood flow and low resistance large and medium-sized arterial blood vessel grafts, but in small-caliber blood vessels (inner diameter less than 6 mm) Intimal hyperplasia, postoperative embolism and other complications are prone to occur during transplantation, resulting in low long-term patency rate

Embodiment 1

[0028] A method for preparing a double-layer vascular stent, comprising preparation of an electrospinning solution, electrospinning, preparation of a tubular stent, ethanol treatment and freeze-drying steps to complete the preparation of a double-layer vascular stent; the specific steps are as follows:

[0029] (1) Preparation of electrospinning solution:

[0030] a. Use hexafluoroisopropanol as a solvent to configure the silk fibroin porous material into a solution with a concentration of 9% w / v, seal it with a plastic wrap, stir it fully, let it stand to remove air bubbles, and store it at room temperature for later use;

[0031] b. Add polycaprolactone to the mixed solvent of hexafluoroisopropanol and CH2CL2, stir with a magnetic stirrer to make it evenly mixed, prepare a spinning solution with a concentration of 7% w / v, and let it stand to remove air bubbles Store at room temperature for later use; the mixing volume ratio of hexafluoroisopropanol and CH2CL2 is 8:2;

Abstract

The present invention discloses a preparation method of a double-layer intravascular stent. The method is characterized by comprising the steps of preparing an electrostatic spinning solution, conducting the electrostatic spinning operation, preparing a tubular stent, processing ethanol, and conducting the freeze-drying operation. In this way, the double-layer intravascular stent is prepared. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the intravascular stent is able to withstand the impact of the blood stream and can be well fused with surrounding tissues. Meanwhile, the double-layer intravascular stent creates a good microenvironment for the migration, the adhesion, the growth and the function exertion of vascular tissue repair cells, and has the activities of promoting the vascular regeneration and the vascular reconstruction. The inner diameter of the prepared intravascular stent is about 2 mm, and the wall thickness thereof is about 650 mum. The double-layer intravascular stent is composed of two layers of fibers in density arrangement, wherein the inner layer of the stent is composed of tight, uniform and randomly-oriented fibers, and the outer layer of the stent is composed of loose, uniform and directionally-aligned fibers. Therefore, the functional partitions of the intravascular stent are formed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of preparation of vascular stents, and in particular relates to a preparation method of a double-layer vascular stent. Background technique [0002] Vascular diseases such as arteriosclerosis, embolism, aging, and damage are diseases with a high fatality rate worldwide. According to the World Health Organization, in 2013, about 17 million people died of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the world, of which developing countries accounted for 80%. The "China Cardiovascular Disease Report 2013" shows that there are 230 million patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in my country, and about 3.5 million people die from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases every year, accounting for 41% of all causes of death from various diseases. [0003] Vascular grafting is an important means of treatment of vascular diseases. Currently, clinically used vascular grafts mainly include autologous b...
