Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of resin for the printing ink manufacturing industry, and especially relates to a one-step method environmentally-friendly resin and production technology thereof. The one-step method environmentally-friendly resin comprises, by mass, 55-60 parts of rosin, 5-10 parts of tung oil, 15-25 parts of cardanol, 5-10 parts of paraformaldehyde, 2-5 parts of glycerin, 2-3 parts of pentaerythritol, 0.5-1 part of maleic anhydride and 0.1-0.5 parts of a catalyst. The method comprises the following steps: condensing cardanol and paraformaldehyde in molten rosin under the action of the catalyst, carrying out an addition reaction on the above obtained condensation product and rosin, increasing the resin structure by using the maleic anhydride, carrying out esterification by using glycerin and pentaerythritol, and carrying out vacuum pumping to obtain the resin product. Compared with traditional two-step methods, the technology adopting a one-step method in the invention has the advantages of omitting of washing of phenolic resin with water, no generation of a large amount of formaldehyde-containing wastewater, environment pollution reduction, water resource saving and production cost saving.
