Abstract

The invention provides a nicotinamide microcapsule. The nicotinamide microcapsule is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1%-5% of nicotinamide, 1%-30% of an oleophylic emulsifying agent, 1%-10% of chitosan, 1%-10% of glacial acetic acid, 1%-30% of water, 0.005%-0.1% of glutaraldehyde and the balance of liquid-state grease. The invention further provides a preparation method of the nicotinamide microcapsule. The preparation method comprises the following steps: heating and dissolving nicotinamide, chitosan and glacial acetic acid into water, so as to prepare a water-phase component; mixing the oleophylic emulsifying agent with the liquid-state grease, heating, and uniformly dispersing, so as to prepare an oil-phase component; slowly adding the water-phase component into the oil-phase component while stirring, so as to prepare an uniform emulsion; and adding glutaraldehyde into the emulsion for curing, and sequentially carrying out centrifugation, ethanol and petroleum ether washing and acetone dispersion and airing, so as to obtain the nicotinamide microcapsule. The nicotinamide microcapsule provided by the invention has good degree of sphericity, biocompatibility, safety and slow release effect and is gentle to the skin, and the stimulation of high-concentration nicotinamide to skin is effectively reduced.
