Abstract

The invention discloses a procyanidine microcapsule. The procyanidine microcapsule is prepared from 0.1 to 5% of procyanidine, 1 to 30% of a lipophilic emulsifier, 1 to 10% of chitosan, 1 to 10% of glacial acetic acid, 1 to 30% of water, 0.005 to 0. 1% of glutaraldehyde and the balance of liquid fat all in percent concentration by mass. The invention further provides a preparation method of the procyanidine microcapsule, comprising the following steps: heating and dissolving procyanidine, chitosan and glacial acetic acid in water to obtain an aqueous-phase component; carrying out hybrid heating on the lipophilic emulsifier and liquid fat and uniformly dispersing to obtain an oil-phase component; slowly adding the aqueous-phase component to the oil-phase component while stirring to obtain uniform emulsion; adding glutaraldehyde to the emulsion to be solidified, then successively carrying out centrifugation and washing with ethanol and petroleum ether, dispersing and air-drying acetone to obtain the procyanidine microcapsule. According to the procyanidine microcapsule disclosed by the invention, procyanidine can be separated from the external environment to effectively avoid strong destructive effects on procyanidine caused by external environment of straight sunshine and the like.
