Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: (1) taking pure titanium and cerium oxide nano-particles; (2) performing micro-arc oxidizing treatment on a pure titanium surface to obtain treated pure titanium; (3) uniformly dispersing cerium oxide nano-particles in a gelatin solution to prepare suspension liquid; (4) dropwise adding the suspension liquid of the step (3) into the pure titanium surface which is treated in the step (2), and treating by an oscillator. According to the method disclosed by the invention, a CNPs-loaded implant material is prepared and aims at the existing technical defect that the oral implanting repairing success rate of a diabetic patient with anodontia is low; osseointegration of the diabetic patient can be promoted; the CNPs-loaded implant material can be used as an oral repairing material of the diabetic patient; the effect is good; the clinical application prospect is good; a new idea is provided for preventing and reducing the implanting repairing failure rate of the diabetic patient with anodontia and improving a clinical treatment effect.
