The composition includes 1-50 parts by mass of the clothianidin, 0.1-20 parts by mass of the fludioxonil, 0.1-20 parts by mass of the thifluzamide, 1-5 parts by mass of a dispersant, 1-5 parts by mass of a wetting agent and 1-5 parts by mass of an adhesive, with the balance being a filler and/or ionized water. The mass ratio of the pesticide clothianidin, the fungicide fludioxonil and the thifluzamide is 1-50:0.1-20:0.1-20. The total mass of the clothianidin, the fludioxonil and the thifluzamide is 1-60% of the mass of a whole preparation. The dosage form of the composition is suspension concentrates for seed dressing, wettable powder, water-dispersible granules, granules, dry mixing agents and a microcapsule.
