Abstract

The invention provides a comprehensive utilization method of wheat bran, and relates to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of wheat byproducts. The method comprises the following steps:pulverizing wheat bran raw materials, conducting sieving, adding water, conducting pretreatment, adding a liquefying enzyme TSC for heat insulation and liquefying, then adding a CaCl2 solution, continuing the heat insulation for 1-2h, adjusting pH value and temperature of a feed liquid according to the used enzymes, and conducting reaction; conducting solid-liquid separation to obtain a solid 1 and a liquid 1, using a saturated Ca(OH)2 solution to adjust the pH value of the liquid 1, forming precipitates and conducting solid-liquid separation to obtain a solid 2 and a liquid 2; saccharifying the liquid 2 to obtain a glucose solution; subjecting the solid 2 to acid dissolution and separation to obtain a phytic acid solution; and adding water into the solid 1, putting the obtained mixture into a colloid mill for crushing, and conducting enzyme treatment so as to obtain a protein product and a cellulose product. The method has high product yield, realizes the comprehensive utilization ofthe wheat bran, and is green and environmentally friendly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of wheat by-products, and more specifically relates to a method for comprehensive utilization of wheat bran. Background technique [0002] Wheat bran is the main by-product of wheat processing, which is rich in carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals, etc., and is widely used in feed industry, food industry, and fermentation industry. With the continuous improvement of people's health awareness, the functional factors in wheat bran have been paid more and more attention. The development and utilization of wheat bran has high social and economic benefits. [0003] Wheat bran mainly contains two types of physiologically active substances, namely active polysaccharides and phenolic compounds. Active polysaccharides mainly refer to wheat dietary fiber. Dietary fiber can reduce the passage time in the small intestine, reduce the absorption of glucose, slow down the hydrolysis o...
