Embodiment 1

[0027] The preparation method of the water hyacinth rattan that the present embodiment provides, comprises the following steps:

[0028] (1) Collection and pretreatment of water hyacinth stalks: collect water hyacinth stalks at a suitable growth stage, remove leaves and other parts, keep the stalks with certain toughness, wash them, and set aside;

[0029] (2) Dehydration and softening of stalks with high osmotic pressure: 10% of the stalk mass is evenly sprinkled with sodium chloride, and treated for 120 minutes, the water in the stalks seeps out, the sodium chloride absorbs moisture and dissolves, and at the same time, the stalks are also softened;

[0030] (3) One-time extrusion dehydration of water hyacinth stalks: wash the salt on the surface of the stalks with an appropriate amount of water, then perform extrusion dehydration, and recover the washing liquid and the liquid removed by extrusion. If its osmotic pressure is not lower than the osmotic pressure of the NaCl sol...

Embodiment 2

[0035] The preparation method of the water hyacinth rattan that the present embodiment provides, comprises the following steps:

[0036] (1) Collection and pretreatment of water hyacinth stalks: collect water hyacinth stalks at a suitable growth stage, remove leaves and other parts, keep the stalks with certain toughness, wash them, and set aside;

[0037] (2) Dehydration and softening of stalks with high osmotic pressure: 10% of the stalk mass is evenly sprinkled with sodium chloride, and treated for 120 minutes, the water in the stalks seeps out, the sodium chloride absorbs moisture and dissolves, and at the same time, the stalks are also softened;

[0038] (3) One-time extrusion dehydration of water hyacinth stalks: wash the surface salt of the stalks with an appropriate amount of water, then perform extrusion dehydration, and recover the washing liquid and the liquid removed by extrusion, which can be used for infiltration of the next batch of stalks Dehydration and soften...

Embodiment 3

[0043] The preparation method of the water hyacinth rattan that the present embodiment provides, comprises the following steps:

[0044] (1) Collection and pretreatment of water hyacinth stalks: collect water hyacinth stalks at a suitable growth stage, remove leaves and other parts, keep the stalks with certain toughness, wash them, and set aside;

[0045] (2) Stem dehydration and softening under high osmotic pressure: Sprinkle potassium sulfate evenly according to 20% of the mass of the stem, and treat for 60 minutes, the moisture of the stem will seep out, the sodium chloride will absorb moisture and dissolve, and at the same time, the stem will also be softened;

[0046] (3) Primary extrusion dehydration of water hyacinth stalks: wash the surface salt of the stalks with an appropriate amount of water, then perform extrusion dehydration, and recover the washing liquid and the liquid removed by extrusion, which can be used for infiltration of the next batch of stalks Dehydrat...

Abstract

The invention provides a preparing method of water hyacinth rattans. The preparing method comprises the steps that firstly, water hyacinth stalks suitable for a growth stage are collected, leaves androots are removed, stalk bodies are retained, and cleaning is conducted for standby application; then high-osmotic pressure dehydrating and softening are conducted on the stalk bodies, then primary extruding dehydrating is conducted, and meanwhile, washing liquid and extruded removed liquid are collected; soaking treatment is conducted on the stalk bodies obtained through extruding dehydrating inthe above steps by using antiseptic moth-proof liquid medicine; secondary extruding dehydrating is conducted on the flushed stalk bodies after soaking treatment in the step (4), and meanwhile, washingliquid and extruded removed liquid are collected; and by using more than one methods of natural air-drying, heating drying and vacuum drying, the moisture content of the water hyacinth stalks is decreased to 10-15%, and the water hyacinth rattans are obtained. The preparing method of the water hyacinth rattans is simple and rapid in step, low in energy consumption in the preparation process and low in preparation cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of water hyacinth, in particular to a method for preparing water hyacinth rattan, and belongs to the technical field of environmental protection. Background technique [0002] Water hyacinth, also known as water floating lotus and hyacinth lotus, is a perennial, floating, perennial herbaceous aquatic plant of the genus Hyacinthaceae. Water hyacinth itself has a strong ability to purify sewage and can be used for the restoration of polluted water. However, due to the rapid proliferation of water hyacinth, it is easy to cause secondary pollution, greatly reduce the oxygen content of water, cause water quality to deteriorate, and affect the normal growth of aquatic organisms. Since the water content of water hyacinth itself is as high as 95%, the availability of water hyacinth as feed or organic fertilizer raw material is not high. Therefore, how to effectively realize the resource utilization of water hyacinth has beco...
