Abstract

The invention relates to a glycine chelated calcium tablet composition which is prepared from glycine chelated calcium, a diluent, a disintegrant, a lubricant and an adhesive, wherein the adhesive isselected from a composition of gelatin and a cellulose adhesive. The invention also discloses a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) crushing the glycine chelated calcium raw material; 2) preparing gelatin slurry and a cellulose adhesive aqueous solution; 3) mixing the glycine chelated calcium, the diluent and the disintegrant and adding the adhesive, and carrying out wet process granulation; and 4) adding the lubricant after drying and granulating, and carrying out tabletting. The tablet is simple in preparation method and high in dissolution rate.
