A crab shell polypeptide, and a preparation method and application thereof

The present application belongs to the technical field of natural active peptides, and particularly relates to a crab shell polypeptide as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method provided by the present application takes crab shells as raw materials, extracts crab shell polypeptides by using a hydrolysis, enzymolysis and alcohol precipitation method, controls the hydrolysis, enzymolysis and alcohol precipitation conditions in the extraction process, and makes the prepared crab shell polypeptides mainly composed of low-molecular-weight peptides and rich in glutamic acid, aspartic acid and lysine. Experiments prove that the crab shell polypeptide provided by the present application can enhance calcium deposition, improve OB activity, improve bone density, restore trabecular bone structure, maintain the integrity of bone tissue, inhibit OC function, has no obvious systemic toxicity, and can reestablish the osteoblast / osteoclast balance at the molecular level and restore calcium-phosphorus homeostasis, and therefore can be used for preparing medicines for preventing and treating osteoporosis or health-care foods for improving bone density, and has a good application prospect.

Use of limonin in the manufacture of a medicament for reducing or ameliorating vascular calcification in chronic kidney disease

PendingCN122351222AAortic calcificationBlood vessel
This invention discloses the application of limonene in the preparation of drugs for alleviating or improving vascular calcification. Intervention with limonene in CKD mouse models and primary vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) significantly inhibited aortic calcification in CKD mice, significantly reduced high-phosphorus-induced osteogenic differentiation and calcium deposition in VSMCs, inhibited reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, reduced cellular iron accumulation, and alleviated ferroptosis. The findings of this application are highly likely to provide effective clinical drugs for the prevention and treatment of vascular calcification in CKD.

Improved non-surgical crushing and suctioning removal apparatus for calcium removal for calcific tendinitis, capable of minimizing tissue damage

The present invention provides a non-surgical crushing and suctioning removal apparatus comprising: an insertion guide (100) which is inserted into the human body so as to provide a passage; and a removal apparatus (200) which is inputted into the human body through the insertion guide (100) so as to remove calcium deposits, wherein the removal apparatus (200) comprises a detachable bit (300). The present invention has the bit passing through the insertion guide and projecting into the human body and thus has the advantages of being capable of minimizing damage to the human body caused by movement of the bit, and increasing the recovery speed.
