Embodiment 1

[0019] The Lactobacillus rhamnosus zrx01 was isolated and screened from kefir grains. The frozen zrx01 strain was inoculated into MRS medium and cultured at a constant temperature of 200r / min at 37°C for 24h as the first-level seed solution. The primary seeds were inoculated into 100 mL MRS medium at an inoculum amount of 2%, cultivated overnight as secondary seed liquid, and kept in a refrigerator at 4°C.
