Embodiment 1

[0019] The Lactobacillus rhamnosus zrx01 was isolated and screened from kefir grains. The frozen zrx01 strain was inoculated into MRS medium and cultured at a constant temperature of 200r / min at 37°C for 24h as the first-level seed solution. The primary seeds were inoculated into 100 mL MRS medium at an inoculum amount of 2%, cultivated overnight as secondary seed liquid, and kept in a refrigerator at 4°C. Streak the cultured secondary seed solution zrx01 plate on the MRS plate and incubate at 37°C for 2-3 days to observe the colony morphology. The bacteriocin generated by the screened lactobacillus rhamnosus zrx01 can inhibit various harmful bacteria, especially has a strong inhibition function on gram-positive staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, bacillus anthraci, gram-negative escherichia coli, campylobacter jejuni and acid soil alicyclobacillus spp, has no inhibition function on lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus acidophilusand other probiotics, and also has no inhibition function on lactobacillus rhamnosus zrx01 and most bacteriocin.
