Abstract

The coating consists of two components of polyester heat-insulation flame-retardantslurry and an adduct; the polyester heat-insulation flame-retardant slurry is prepared by mixing adipic acid polyester resin with a flame-retardant filler according to 1:1.2, wherein the adipic acidpolyester resin is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 33 parts of adipic acid, 24 parts of diethylene glycol, 3 parts of dimethylolpropionic acid, and a proper amount of a solvent consists of xylene and cyclohexanone; the flame-retardant filler consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of ammonium polyphosphate, 11.9 parts of ammonium pentaborate, 7.38 parts of zinc oxide, 5 parts of starch, 5.95 parts of antimony trioxide and 4.76 parts of talcum powder; and the adduct consists of 2.216 parts of toluene diisocyanate, 1.334 parts of dehydrated trihydroxy methyl propane, 0.3 part of organosilicon isocyanate and a proper amount of cyclohexanone. The high-temperature heat-insulation flame-retardant coating prepared by the method provided by the invention has good comprehensive performance, the fire-resistant limit reaches 9.0 / h or above, and when the temperature of a hot surface is 250 DEG C, the temperature of a cold surface is 75 DEGC or lower in 4 hours.
