Problems solved by technology

However, the aeration unit of this method is not airtight, and the gas discharged from the unit has the risk of secondary pollution, and the malodorous gas aeration device used increases the operation and maintenance costs
[0007] Patent CN107162192A reports a biochemical sewage treatment system waste gas treatment process. This process passes the malodorous gas generated in the anaerobic pool into the aerobic pool through the exhaust fan. The malodorous gas is removed and discharged in the aerobic pool, but discharged from the aerobic pool. The gas has the risk of secondary pollution, and the exhaust fan used increases the operation and maintenance costs
[0008] Patent CN106587344A reports an anaerobic built-in rusty iron filings reactor for efficient removal of ammonia nitrogen and its process for treating ammonia nitrogen wastewater. This method uses rusty iron filings to enhance the denitrification efficiency of sewage, but this technology has not been applied to ammonia-containing Exhaust gas treatment
[0009] Patent CN103420480A reports an anaerobic iron salt biological denitrification process, which enhances the efficiency of sewage denitrification by adding iron salt, but this technology has not been applied to the treatment of ammonia-containing waste gas
[0010] Patent CN105771554A reports an in-situ denitrification method of ammonia-containing waste gas and the denitrification device used. This method can deal with the ammonia-containing malodorous gas generated in situ, but this method requires additional cultivation of nitrosation-anammox function Bacteria, not suitable for in-situ treatment of malodorous gas in sewage treatment plants
[0011] Overall, according to the reported in-situ biological treatment of malodorous gas and the analysis of the use of rusty iron filings to enhance sewage treatment capacity, there is still a lack of a combination of rusty iron filings and biological treatment of waste gas, and no systematic cities have been formed. Embodiment Construction

[0026] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with example:

[0027] (1) Taking the in-situ treatment of malodorous gas by A2 / O process in urban sewage treatment plant as an example

[0028] The pretreatment unit (grid, grit chamber and sewage regulating tank), the aeration tank of the biological unit and the sludge treatment unit (gravity thickening tank and sludge dewatering equipment) are fully sealed, and gas flow is installed between the closed units pipeline. Sealing and piping materials are selected by the local sewage treatment plant based on the principles of environmental protection and economy. The volume of the sealing should be determined by considering the sewage treatment capacity, the aeration volume of the aeration unit and other parameters, so as to ensure that the malodorous gas forms a suitable space between the sealing units. Pressure drives it to flow.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for in-situ treatment of stench in a sewage treatment plant by using rusted iron filings. By fully sealing the sewage treatment unit that mainly produces stench in the built or newly built sewage treatment plant, the stench gas is generated in the airtight aeration unit. Spontaneous flow under high pressure, so that it enters from the bottom of the closed sewage adjustment tank to be absorbed by sewage, and the sewage that dissolves the foul smell enters the biological treatment unit where rusty iron filings are added and is removed through biochemical reactions. Part of the stench escaping from the sewage regulating tank enters from the bottom of the aeration unit of the biological treatment, and is adsorbed, absorbed and decomposed by the activated sludge. In the main control room, the odor concentration, pressure and flow parameters in each closed unit can be observed, and the status of the process operation can be monitored in real time. This method does not need to build a new odor terminal treatment device, which saves construction area, operation and maintenance costs, and there is no additional energy consumption for the flow of odor.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of malodorous gas treatment, in particular to a method for strengthening the in-situ treatment of malodorous gas in a sewage treatment plant with rusty iron filings. Background technique [0002] By the end of 2016, nearly 4,000 sewage treatment plants had been built nationwide, with a sewage treatment capacity of 170 million cubic meters per day. A large amount of malodorous gas will be produced during the sewage treatment process, which may cause sensory discomfort to the staff of the sewage treatment plant and surrounding residents and even affect their health, causing serious environmental problems. [0003] The main points of the malodorous gas produced in the sewage treatment process are the pretreatment unit (grid and grit chamber), the aeration unit of the biological unit, and the sludge treatment unit (gravity concentration tank and mechanical dehydration machine room). The malodorous gas produced ...
