Abstract

The dehydrant formula is characterized in that the dehydrant formula comprises 100% of 400-mesh calcium oxide; a demulsifying agent is perferably sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate; oily water accounts for 1% of total weight of liquid; a dehydration reaction formula is CaO plus H2O equal to Ca(HO)2; and a calcining reaction formula is Ca(HO)2 heated to form CaO plus H2O. The dehydration technology comprises the following steps of: (I) mixing, (II) rolling and emulsionbreaking, (III) dehydration, (IV) standing and sedimentation, and (V) crude oil exportation.
