Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a beta molecular sieve. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1), synthesizing a guiding agent: mixing a silicon source, an aluminum source, a templating agent, a sodium source, water and a microwave aid, uniformly stirring, and performing microwave heating for 1-20h at 120-180 DEG C; (2), synthesizing a molecular sieve main body: mixing the silicon source, the aluminum source, the sodium source and water, and uniformly stirring; (3), synthesizing the molecular sieve: mixing the guiding agent prepared in the step (1) and the molecular sieve main body prepared in the step (2) according to a mass ratio of (0.05-0.25):1, crystallizing for 10-60 hours at the crystallization temperature of 120-180 DEG C, then performing ammonium salt flocculation, washing, filtering and drying to obtain the beta molecular sieve. Under the condition that the using amount of the templating agent is reduced, the synthesized beta molecular sieve has relatively high crystallinity and a relatively rich pore structure, and the synthesis time of the beta molecular sieve can be also shortened.
