Abstract

The strain is named as lysobacter sp C8-1, is preserved in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) on September 28, 2017, and has a preservation number of CGMCC No.1.16271. Microbiological characteristic analysis and 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis show that the strain is a new type of bacteria.
