Problems solved by technology

Xia Hesheng of Sichuan University and others reported a polysiloxane elastomer with self-healing ability based on Diels-Alder bond crosslinking and its preparation method (J.Zhao, R.Xu, G.Luo, J.Wu, H.Xia , Aself-healing, re-moldable and biocompatible crosslinked polysiloxane elastomer, J.Mater.Chem.B, 4, 2016, 982-989.), the method first prepared maleimide side chain modification and furan end Chain-modified polysiloxane, and then mix the two to form a polysiloxane elastomer self-healing system based on Diels-Alder bond crosslinking, although the polysiloxane elastomer material has excellent self-healing properties and heavy Plastic properties, but its mechanical properties are poor, the tensile fracture stress is only 0.1-0.6MPa, and the elongation at break is only 25-45%, which limits the application range of the polysiloxane elastomer

Embodiment 1

[0066] In this example, a Diels-Alder bond-containing self-healing flame-retardant polyurethane elastomer was prepared according to the following steps:

[0067] (1) Preparation of dibasic alcohols containing furan functional groups

[0068] Dissolve 5g (51.5mmol) of furylmethylamine and 18g (155.2mmol) of hydroxyethyl acrylate in 50mL of methanol solvent. After furylmethylamine and hydroxyethyl acrylate are completely dissolved, stir and react at room temperature for 24h. The reaction time After arriving, the methanol solvent was spin-dried, and the viscous crude product was purified by silica gel column chromatography to remove excess hydroxyethyl acrylate raw material. The eluent used was composed of two volumes of ethyl acetate and one volume of 60- 90 fractions of petroleum ether were prepared, and finally the eluent was spin-dried to obtain brown-yellow viscous diols containing furan functional groups. The H NMR spectrum is shown in figure 1 ;

Abstract

The invention provides a Diels-Alder bond containing self-repairing flame retardant polyurethane elastomer and a preparation method of the Diels-Alder bond containing self-repairing flame retardant polyurethane elastomer. The structural formula of the polyurethane elastomer is shown in the specification. The preparation method of the polyurethane elastomer is as follows: (1) preparing dihydric alcohol having a furan functional group; (2) preparing a linear-structure polyurethane solution comprising a furan functional group on a side chain; (3) preparing a maleimide modified phosphonitrilic chloride trimer flame retardant; and (4) preparing the Diels-Alder bond containing self-repairing flame retardant polyurethane elastomer.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of macromolecular materials, and relates to a polyurethane elastomer containing Diels-Alder bonds and having self-repairing and flame-retardant properties and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Intrinsic self-healing materials are a class of intelligent polymer materials that can repair the cracks of the material itself based on the reversible interaction in response to external stimuli. By responding to external stimuli, the breakage and reorganization of reversible chemical interactions can be achieved, so as to achieve the self-healing of the material's own cracks or damage. Disulfide bonds, hydrogen bonds, dimerization of anthracene groups, hindered urea bonds, and Diels-Alder[4+2] cycloaddition reactions are all reversible chemical reactions that can respond to external environmental stimuli such as heat, ultraviolet light, and magnetism. When these reversible chemical actions are introd...
