The organic-inorganic anticorrosive coating liquid comprises the following components: a high molecular polymer solution and metal rare earth oxide insoluble in the solution, wherein the content of a high molecular polymer is 30-75%, the content of a high molecular polymer curing agent is 24.5-60%, and the content of the rare earth metal oxide is 0.5-10%. The coating method comprises the following steps: pretreating the magnesium alloy;coating the magnesium or the magnesium alloy with organic-inorganic composite coating; drying a coated material; curing the dried material in a drying oven at high temperature.
