A preparation method comprises the following steps that all raw materials of the silicon calcium plastic corrugated core paper are mixed;the mixed material is guided into a banburying machine for banburying; after the mixed material is taken out, tableting is performed; next, sheet materials are subjected to open milling and tableting;after the cooling, the silicon calcium plastic corrugated sheet material is made into the silicon calcium plastic corrugated core paper on a corrugated roller; a bonding agent is coated on the silicon calcium plastic corrugated core paper; heating and curing are performed; the bonding layer is formed; then, the kraft paper is pressed on the bonding layer; the silicon calcium plastic corrugated composite paper board is manufactured.
