The synergist is prepared from polyaspartic acid, pullulan and potassium fulvate according to a ratio of 1: 2-4: 4-6 through mixing. Through use of the synergist, nutrients in the soil retain high effectiveness in various stages, nutrient absorption of rice is promoted and the absorptionof selenium is improved. Through a double-layer fertilizer coating technology, the inner and outer layers have different sodium selenite contents so that rice demands to selenium in different growthstages of rice are satisfied.
