Problems solved by technology

Although the artificial seaweed cultivation technology has developed rapidly since the end of the 1950s and provided a large amount of raw materials for the production of polysaccharide sulfate, due to the high dependence of seaweed cultivation on weather and seawater conditions, the suitable cultivation area is limited and the cost of seaweed cultivation is high , seaweed collection is completely dependent on manual

Example Embodiment

[0030] Example 1

[0031] This embodiment provides a method for extracting and purifying sulfated polysaccharides using activated sludge as a raw material, including the steps:

[0032] S1: Take 500g of concentrated sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank of a municipal sewage treatment plant (with a water content of about 98%), then add the same volume of distilled water, shake well, centrifuge, discard the upper liquid phase, repeat the mud washing step 4 times, 4500rpm Retain the solid phase mud cake after centrifugation;

[0033] S2: Mix the solid-phase mud cake and distilled water and shake it so that the resulting mixed liquid has a suspended solids concentration (MLSS) of 5000 mg / L and a moisture content of not less than 90%; heat the mixed liquid to 50°C and simultaneously Pass 10V direct current into the mixed solution for 15 minutes;

[0034] S3: Centrifuge the product obtained by the S2 treatment at 4500 rpm and discard the solid phase mud cake, and collect the upper li...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for extracting and purifying sulfated polysaccharides by using activated sludge from a municipal sewage treatment plant as a raw material. The method comprises the following steps: washing the activated sludge multiple times, performing centrifuging, and collecting the obtained solid phase mud cake; uniformly mixing the solid phase mud cake with water to obtain amixed solution; heating the mixed solution, and applying a direct current; centrifuging a product obtained after the above treatment, and collecting the obtained upper liquid phase; ultrafiltering thecollected upper liquid phase, adding calcium chloride until precipitation is complete, performing centrifuging, and collecting the obtained precipitate; and drying the obtained precipitate, and grinding the dried precipitate into a powder in order to obtain sulfated polysaccharide extract. The method for extracting the sulfated polysaccharides by using the activated sludge produced in the biological treatment process of sewage as the raw material can fully utilize the activated sludge to realize the recycling of the activated sludge and change wastes into valuables; and the extraction methodhas the advantages of simplicity, low cost and excellent application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical fields of environmental engineering and chemistry and chemical engineering, in particular to a method for extracting and purifying sulfated polysaccharides using activated sludge from municipal sewage treatment plants as raw materials. Background technique [0002] Sulfated polysaccharides are a class of intercellular polysaccharides with a complex structure, a wide variety, and a wide range of applications. Common sulfated polysaccharides include alginic acid, fucoidan, carrageenan, and alginate. Sulfated polysaccharides are currently known to mainly exist in seaweed and a few animal tissues (cow's lung lobe, pig's gastric mucosa, etc.), and also in a very small amount in some halophilic plants and microorganisms. Sulfated polysaccharides have complex chemical structures, diverse chemical properties and biological activities, and are affected by their chemical composition, structure and sulfation degree. The mai...
