The eczema-removing composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-30 parts of yolk oil, 0.01-10 parts of organic camellia-seed oil, 0.01-10 parts of oat beta-glucosan, 0.1-5 parts of hydrolyzed corn starch and water, 0.01-5 parts of phytosterol oleate, 0.1-10 parts of water, glycerinumand marshmallow root extracts, 0.01-5 parts of butanediol, water, chamomilla recutita flower extracts, centella extracts, tealeaf extracts, glycyrrhiza glabra root extracts, rosemary leaf extracts, polygonum cuspidatum root extracts and scutellaria baicalensis root extracts, 0.01-5 parts of water, 1,3-propylene glycol and saffron crocus extracts, and 0.1-20 parts of butyrospermum parkii butter.
