Problems solved by technology

[0004] The ion exchange method only transfers and enriches the nitrate in the water without conversion treatment. The resulting high-concentration regenerated brine will pose a serious threat to the local environment without a suitable discharge water body and must be further treated.
And during the operation of the ion exchange water plant, the regeneration cost of the resin is expensive
[0005] The chemical catalytic reduction method has a high reactivity to remove nitrate, but the technology is still in the experimental research stage, and there is still a considerable distance from the practical application.
The main problems include: the products of nitrate reduction, including ammonia and heavy metals used in the catalyst, may dissolve into the effluent, which may cause secondary pollution, etc.
Traditional wastewater treatment technology is difficult to effectively remove antibiotics in wastewater
[0010] Both nitrate and antibiotics are present in many wastewaters, and the presence of antibiotics will inhibit the removal of nitrate

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection and discloses a denitrification nitrogen removal microflora and application thereof. The microflora comprises pseudomonas, burkholderia and cupriavidus. The microflora is separated from a solid carbon source denitrification bio-reactor in long-term operation. The microflora is stable in structural performance, high in nitrogen removal activity and capable of simultaneously degrading antibiotic pollutants in wastewater. The microflora is capable of utilizing multiple dissolved organic matters and insoluble biodegradable high polymers as denitrification carbon sources, and nitrate in the wastewater is effectively removed. The microflora can be attached to a carrier to form a bio-film, can be directly added into the denitrification bio-reactor, is used for removing nitrate and antibiotics in water, and has high adaptability on the wastewater quality, inlet water dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration and wastewater pH value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection, and in particular relates to a denitrification and denitrification microbial community and its application. Background technique [0002] The extensive use of nitrogen fertilizers in my country's agricultural production and the excessive use of antibiotics in animal husbandry have led to prominent nitrate pollution in my country's water environment, including major rivers, lakes and some groundwater. And nitrate pollution will lead to eutrophication of water body, algal blooms, affecting the normal function and use of water body. [0003] The chemical properties of nitrate are stable, and most nitrates are easily soluble in water, and it is difficult to effectively remove them by general water treatment processes. At present, the methods for removing nitrate include ion exchange method, chemical catalytic reduction method and biological denitrification method. [0004] The ion ...
