Abstract

The invention discloses a method for treating ECF bleached sulphate pulp to prepare a paper-based material by means of ionic liquid synergistic ultrasonic. In the method, non-bleached sulphate pulp ispretreated by using the ionic liquid synergistic ultrasonic process, and then the pretreated sulphate pulp is subjected to ECF bleaching. In the method, for solving the problem of poor physical strength of the bleached pulp due to serious degradation of fibers since oxygen delignification selectivity is poor in the bleaching process, the process of ionic liquid synergistic ultrasonic for pretreatment is disclosed, wherein by means of the physical cavitation effect of ultrasonic and chemical treatment effect of the ionic liquid, during the bleaching process, the pulp fiber structure is loosened, so that swelling and fiber fineness degree of pulp fibers are enhanced, and the lignin is easy to remove; therefore, oxidizing damage of the fibers during the bleaching process is avoided. The method not only improves the physical strength of hardwood paper-based materials but also can improve whiteness of the paper-based materials.
