Abstract

The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for recovering nitrous oxide from ammonia oximation tail gas. The apparatus comprises a cooler, an absorption tower, a low-temperature dissolver anda heater, wherein the gas outlet of the top portion of the absorption tower is connected to the material inlet of the low-temperature dissolver, the gas outlet of the low-temperature dissolver is connected to a venting system, the water outlet of the low-temperature dissolver is connected to the water inlet of the heater, and the nitrous oxide outlet of the heater is connected to a nitrous oxide storage tanks. The method for recovering nitrous oxide comprises that ammonia oximation tail gas is cooled by the cooler, the cooled ammonia oximation tail gas is absorbed by the absorption tower, thegas discharged from the top of the absorption tower is subjected to low-temperature dissolving by the low-temperature dissolver to dissolve nitrous oxide so as to separate oxygen and nitrogen, and thedissolved water is conveyed to the heater, and is heated to release the nitrous oxide. According to the present invention, nitrous oxide can be dissolved in water, such that the by-product nitrous oxide in the ammonia oximation tail gas is effectively recovered through the temperature change so as to reduce the energy consumption and the production cost; and the method and the apparatus have advantages of simple process, low equipment investment and low operation cost.
