Abstract

The invention relates to a device and process for treating and recycling high-concentration organic wastewater by anaerobic membrane method, which comprises a DLIC unit, a DSNR unit, a DBAR unit and aDAMS unit, wherein the DLIC unit is used for converting organic matters in wastewater into ammonia nitrogen and recycling biogas energy; the DSNR unit is used for carrying out sub-oxidation treatmentand nitrosation treatment on effluent of the DLIC unit, so that ammonia nitrogen in water is converted into nitrite; the DBAR unit is used for enriching microorganisms in the water treated by the DSNR unit, and leading the nitrite and the ammonia nitrogen in the water to react and convert into nitrogen to be discharged; the pollutant in the effluent of the DBAR unit is further filtered by the DAMS unit. According to the device, the high-efficiency anaerobic reactor is adopted, so that most organic matters are converted into methane, and energy is recovered to the maximum extent; the anaerobicammonia oxidation technology and the DAMS anaerobic membrane technology are adopted, so that the process flow of anaerobic, multi-stage AO, precipitation, coagulation precipitation and filtration inthe conventional technology is greatly shortened, the process section is greatly shortened, and the initial investment and the operation cost are greatly reduced.
