The seed coating agent is composed of a sterilizing agent and a seed priming and resistance inducer,the sterilizing agent is composed of silthiopham and probenazole, the seed priming and resistance inducer is composed of salicylic acid, brassinolide, and gibberellin; the seed coating agent is prepared from the compositions in percentage by mass: 2%-40% of the sterilizing agent, 0.0005%-0.05% of the salicylic acid, 0.00001%-0.001% of the brassinolide, and 0.001%-0.1% of the gibberellin.
