cut off in the middle, and the distance between notches and the base parts of new seedlings is 2 + / -0.5 cm; a
wound healing nutrient solution is sprayed to notches of the mother seedlings and the new seedlings, and the mother seedlings and the new seedlings are cultured to adult seedlings respectively. The problems that an existing
epimedium breeding method is low in breeding coefficient, low in
seedling quality and the like are solved.
