Abstract

The anticholinergic drugs at least comprise atropine, anisodamine, scopolamine methobromide and scopolamine butylbromide; the detection method adopts CE-ESI-MS (Capillary Electrophoresis-Electrospray mass spectrometry), in the detection process, the separation voltage, the buffer solution, the sheath fluid type and the sheath fluid flow velocity parameter are set as follows: the separation voltage is 10-21 kV; the buffer solution is an ammonium acetate buffer solution with a pH value of 9.4, thesheath fluid type is an isopropanol-aqueous solution added with acetic acid, and the sheath fluid flow velocity is 2.0-4.0 [mu]L / min.
