Abstract

The method includes the steps that a water phase distillate flowing from an oil-water separator of an star anise oil extraction tank or a water phase distillate collected after re-distillation of claybank muddy waste liquid in the extraction tank is added with sodium chlorideor potassium chloride, a mixture of anisic aldehyde, anisic ketone and anisic acid in the water phase distillate is precipitated, then an organic solvent is added for extraction, then the organic solvent is subjected to reduced pressure distillation to obtain faint yellow oily liquid, the faint yellow oily liquid is cryogenically frozen, precipitated and crystallized and rapidly filtered to obtainthe mixture of the anisic aldehyde, the anisic ketone and the anisic acid, the mixture has antibacterial activity against staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, bacillus subtilis, aspergillus niger, aspergillus flavus and penicillium citricum, and has the scavenging effect on DPPH free radical, the aroma is appropriate, and the mixture can be used as the food preservative.
