Abstract

The invention relates to a colitis-repair microbiological microcapsule preparation. The composition for treating colitis is joint use of bifidobacterium adolescentis microcapsules and clostridium butyricum microcapsules. The microbiological microcapsule composition is used for intervention of rats, DSS is used for inducing to form ulcerative colitis, changes in respects of the weight, the colon length, the inflammatory factor, the intestine microorganisms and the like of groups of rats are assessed, and prevention effects of the composition on colitis are researched. Test results prove that the composition can improve the physiological index of colitis rats, can reduce the content of intestine inflammatory factors of TNF-alpha, IL-6 and the like, can reduce the activity of marrow peroxidase, and can regulate the flora structure of intestines.
