Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapid determination of 27 elements in mango leaves by graphite digestion-ICP and ICPMS, comprising the following steps: (1) sample pre-processing; (2) calibration curve and detection limit (3) sample processing; 4) Instrument working parameter setting; (5) Sample measurement. The present invention establishes a research method based on ICP-OES and ICP-MS for the determination of constant and trace elements in the leaves of Tainong mangoes from different places of origin and in different periods. The samples were digested by a graphite digestion apparatus, and the contents of inorganic constituent elements in mango leaves were studied using optimized ICP‑OES and ICP‑MS methods. The content of the measured inorganic elements was statistically analyzed using the Duucan new multiple range method in the DPS data processing system, and the rapid determination and analysis of 27 elements in mango leaves was realized.
