The preparation method comprises the steps: placing the raw materials in parts by weight into a high-speed mixer for sufficient and uniform mixing; then, adding the mixture into a screw extruder for sufficient melting and mixing; then, carrying out extruding, tabletting, smashing and graded screening; and screening particle sizes by using an ultrasonic vibrating screen to obtain the powder coating.
