The polyurethane hot melt adhesive is prepared from, by weight, 20 to 40 parts of polyester polyol, 30 to 60 parts of polyether polyol, 0.05 to 0.2 part of an antioxidant, 0.01 to 0.1 part of a catalyst and 10 to 30 parts of isocyanate. The high-moisture-penetrability polyurethane hot melt adhesive has high cohesiveness under the compounding action of the polyester polyol, the polyether polyol, the antioxidant, the catalyst and isocyanate, meanwhile, the moisture penetrability can reach 85% or above, and the high-moisture-penetrability polyurethane hot melt adhesive is free of solvent volatile matters, environment-friendly and pollution-free. Besides, the preparation method of the high-moisture-penetrability polyurethane hot melt adhesive is simple in preparation process, raw materials and equipment are easy to obtain, and large-scale production can be realized.
