High-concentration watercan form a thin high-efficiency liquid film evaporation layer on a reactor of a drum liquid film evaporation system, evaporated water enters a two-stage condensation system, and condensed water entersa conventional EGSB for a degradation treatment. A salt and carbon mixture generated by solid high-temperature pyrolysis in the drum liquid film evaporation system is dissolved in water and filteredso as to separate salt from carbon, salt in water is recycled through re-crystallization, and near-zero emission is achieved. The harmless treatment of high-concentration wastewater is realized, meanwhile the high-concentration wastewater is converted into resources, difficulty is reduced for subsequent conventional sewage treatment systems, and stability of subsequent processes is guaranteed.
