Abstract

The invention discloses high-durability anti-bacterial and mould-proof polyvinyl chloride artificial leather which comprises a base cloth layer and a PVC layer. Preparation materials of the PVC layercomprise, by mass, 30-70 parts of PVC resin, 20-50 parts of a plasticizer, 1-5 parts of a stabilizer, 1-5 parts of a modifier, 0.5-10 parts of an anti-bacterial and mould-proof agent and 0-2 parts ofa foaming agent. The anti-bacterial and mould-proof agent is a composite anti-bacterial and mould-proof agent which is of a core-shell structure and is formed by compounding silicon dioxide coated silver nano particles and carboxymethyl chitosan. A shell in the silicon dioxide coated silver nano particles is of a porous structure. The composite anti-bacterial and mould-proof agent is prepared in the manner that carboxymethyl chitosan is subjected to alkylating treatment, and then the silicon dioxide coated silver nano particles are loaded onto the alkylated carboxymethyl chitosan. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the high-durability anti-bacterial and mould-proof polyvinyl chloride artificial leather. The artificial leather is high in surface brightness, good in scraping resistance, green, environment-friendly and high in product grade and has the long-lasting and excellent anti-bacterial and mould-proof effect.
