Embodiment

[0036] The waste water from a duck farming factory in North China was collected for treatment. The waste water contains a high content of organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus: the average concentration of COD is 60000mg / L, the average concentration of ammonia nitrogen is 4000mg / L, the average concentration of phosphate is 700mg / L, and the average concentration of SS is 6000mg / L.

[0037] like figure 1 Shown, a kind of duck raising wastewater treatment process and the method for resource recovery comprise the following steps:

[0038] (a) Coagulation and sedimentation treatment: First, add the coagulant ferric chloride to the duck wastewater, stir it quickly for 1 minute, then add the coagulant polyacrylamide, and stir it slowly for 20 minutes to promote flocculation. Then sedimentation can remove the fine suspended solids and colloidal substances in the duck wastewater. Under the conditions of pH=8, ferric chloride dosage 80mg / L, and polyacrylamide dosage 6mg / L, the coag...

Abstract

The invention relates to a duck breeding wastewater treatment process and a resource recovery method, and the method comprises the following steps: coagulating sedimentation treatment: removing fine suspended solids and colloidal substances in duck breeding wastewater; blow-off pre-treatment: removing and recovering ammonia nitrogen, so that the inhibition effect of high ammonia nitrogen on anaerobic reaction in the later period can be avoided; anaerobic biological treatment: carrying out anaerobic biological treatment by adopting an anaerobic device, and degrading organic matters in the duckbreeding wastewater by utilizing facultative or obligate anaerobic bacteria in the anaerobic biological treatment; struvite precipitation treatment: carrying out advanced treatment on anaerobic effluent by a struvite precipitation method; aerobic biological treatment: conducting aerobic biological treatment through an aerobic device, and utilizing metabolic activity of aerobic microorganisms in aerobic biological treatment, so up-to-standard discharge of the duck breeding wastewater is achieved. According to the method, resource substances such as ammonia gas, methane and struvite can be recycled while the duck breeding wastewater is treated, and meanwhile stabilization, harmlessness and recycling of duck breeding wastewater treatment are achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to a duck-raising wastewater treatment process and a resource recovery method. Background technique [0002] At present, the commonly used treatment methods of livestock and poultry breeding wastewater include physical and chemical treatment, biological treatment and natural ecological treatment. However, it is difficult to remove all related pollutants by applying a certain process alone, so the combined treatment process will be the best solution to deal with duck wastewater. Duck farming wastewater is mainly composed of urine, residual feces, feed residues, and flushing water. It is a high-concentration livestock and poultry farming wastewater and is known as the third serious source of pollution. Duck wastewater has the characteristics of high suspended solids and high nitrogen and phosphorus, and contains a large number of pollutants, such as heavy metals, residual ve...
