Abstract

The invention relates to a novel polyamide casing material which comprises the following components, by weight: 30-70 parts of polyamide, 10-30 parts of biological polysaccharide and 0.5-2 part of plasticizer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a solution, namely respectively dissolving polybutyrolactam or a polybutyrolactam derivative and glycosaminoglycan in a solvent to prepare a polybutyrolactam or polybutyrolactam derivative solution and a glycosaminoglycan solution; mixing the solutions, namely mixing the polybutyrolactam or polybutyrolactam derivative solution, the glycosaminoglycan solution and the citrate compound according to a mass ratio of the formula, and performing stirring to prepare a blended solution; and performing drying to form a film: removing the solvent component in the blending liquid to obtain a novel polyamide casing material. Compared with the prior art, the casing material disclosed by the invention has the advantages of excellent mechanical property, barrier property, antibacterial property, degradability and the like, and the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple process, high preparation efficiency and the like.
