Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing efficient and stable inorganic perovskite quantum dots by using a double-layer ligand. The method comprises the following steps of: adding lead halide, didodecyl dimethyl ammonium bromide, organic amine, octadecene, tert-butylbenzene and cesium 4-dodecylbenzene sulfonate into a hydrothermal reaction kettle under high temperature and high pressure, carrying out hydrothermal reaction to obtain an inorganic perovskite quantum dot solution, adding ethyl acetate into the perovskite quantum dot solution, performing purifying, conducting centrifuging toremove the supernatant, and dispersing the precipitate in methylbenzene, and collecting a methylbenzene solution of the perovskite quantum dots to obtain a high-stability inorganic perovskite quantumdot methylbenzene solution. According to the invention, a double-shell layer is formed on the surface of the perovskite nanocrystal to serve as a protective layer by utilizing a double-ligand synergistic effect, so that the storage and humidity stability of the perovskite nanocrystal can be improved, and the prepared perovskite quantum dots are high in quantum efficiency, high in stability and suitable for the field of nuclear batteries.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of inorganic semiconductor luminescent materials, and relates to a method for preparing high-efficiency and stable inorganic perovskite quantum dots with double-layer ligands. Background technique [0002] All-inorganic perovskite nanocrystals (APbX 3 ) has the advantages of narrow emission, high quantum efficiency, and high carrier mobility, and has broad application prospects in the fields of high-definition flexible displays and solar cells. However, the ligands on the surface of perovskite nanocrystals are in a highly dynamic binding state, which is easy to cause a large number of ligands to be missing during the process of separation and purification, resulting in a decrease in quantum efficiency and stability. In addition, the ionic crystal properties of perovskite materials make them very sensitive to polar solvents, which seriously restrict the practical application of perovskite nano...
