Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of colored polyester fiber. The method comprises the following steps: (a) fully mixing polybasic acid, polyhydric alcohol and a catalyst, and carrying outan esterification reaction; (b) in the esterification reaction process in the step (a), adding a liquid colorant, performing full mixing and reacting, and carrying out condensation polymerization toobtain a colored polyester melt; and (c) spinning the colored polyester melt obtained in the step (b) to obtain the colored polyester fiber. A preparation method of the liquid colorant comprises the following steps of dispersing a surfactant A and a surfactant B in an ethylene glycol solution containing pentaerythritol, adding surface-modified pigment, and performing dispersing, grinding and filtering to obtain the liquid colorant. The colored polyester fiber prepared by the method is uniform in color and luster and good in fastness to water washing.
