The hemostatic and antibacterial medical dressing is prepared from the hemostatic layer, the antibacterial layer and the backing layer; the hemostatic layer uses the silicon dioxide microspheres as the hemostatic agent; when the dressing acts on the surface of a wound, a large amount of water can be rapidly adsorbed from blood to promote platelet coagulation, so that the thrombin activation time can be remarkably shortened; and meanwhile, the silver ions are used as the antibacterial agent in the antibacterial layer, the antibacterial effect is taken, and the antibacterial effect on the wound surface is achieved, so that the wound surface is repaired as soon as possible.
