The invention discloses a
metal vascular clamp capable of being degraded and absorbed directionally and a manufacturing method thereof. The
metal vascular clamp comprises an upper arm, a lower arm and a
tail O-shaped structure, all of which are used for closing the
blood vessel. A V-shaped structure is formed by the upper arm, the lower arm and the
tail O-shaped structure before closing. The end of the upper arm and the end of the lower arm are provided with self-locking structures matched with each other. When the
metal vascular clamp is used, a gap between the upper arm and the lower arm of the V-shaped structure is placed on the
blood vessel needing to be closed, and the upper arm and the lower arm are extruded to enable the included angle between the upper arm and the lower arm to gradually become smaller until the self-locking structure of the upper arm and the self-locking structure of the lower arm are locked and closed. The outer side and the inner side of the upper arm and the outer side and the inner side of the lower arm are provided with different microstructures and
electric potential differences, the grains on the outer sides are larger than the grains on the inner sides, the
electric potential differences on the outer sides are lower than the
electric potential differences on the inner sides, and directional degrading from the outer side of the blood to the inner side of the blood is achieved after the vascular clamp is closed. According to the metal vascular clamp, the electric potential differences are changed by changing the tissue structure differences of different positions of the vascular clamp in a directional mode, and orientation degrading in different degrading sequences is achieved.
