Thickness of the thin-wall casting can be controlled precisely manually and thickness of a thin sheet can be controlled precisely to 0.2mm. The preparation method of the plane thin-wall casting provided by the invention solves the engineering problem that the plane thin-wall casting mould is difficult to design and the surface of the plane thin-wall casting is uneven and the plane thin-wall casting is undersized and the like to the disadvantage of volume production.
