Problems solved by technology

[0008] If you want to measure more components, you must use multiple lasers, and you must also be equipped with corresponding gas chambers or gas chamber channels. The main controller must also allocate resources for control and algorithm processing, which increases the cost.

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of gas detection, in particular to a multi-component detection device based on a temperature tuning absorption spectrum technology. The multi-component detection device comprises a temperature controller, a semiconductor laser, a constant current source with modulation, a long-range gas chamber, a detector, a preamplifier, a lock-in amplifier and a main controller. The invention further provides a method adopting the device for detection. The method specifically comprises the steps that a long-range gas chamber is filled with gas, a temperature output range of a temperature controller and a scanning period and a resolution ratio of a semiconductor laser are determined, laser emitted by the semiconductor laser is guided into the long-range gas chamber after being collimated, light current signals are converted into voltage signals DC after passing through a detector and a pre-amplifier, the voltage signals DC are output to a lock-in amplifier, and the lock-in amplifier extracts a second harmonic signal 2f, sends the second harmonic signal 2f and the voltage signal DC to the main controller, and calculates the concentration of each component in the gas by using a concentration inversion method. According to the multi-component detection device, simultaneous detection of multiple components of the gas is realized by only one laser, so that the cost is saved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of gas detection, in particular to a multi-component detection device and method based on temperature-tuned absorption spectroscopy technology. Background technique [0002] In industrial processes, especially chemical industry processes, such as natural gas chemical industry, petrochemical industry, coal chemical industry, chlor-alkali chemical industry, fine chemical industry and other fields, there is a large demand for multi-component concentration monitoring of gases. Traditional techniques for multi-component detection include chromatography, Raman spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, and non-dispersive infrared techniques such as NDIR. However, compared with the modulation absorption spectroscopy technique, their sensitivity is low and the response time is slow. If TDLAS implements multi-component analysis according to this scheme, its performance in all aspects will be improved compared with tra...
