Abstract

The invention provides a method for simultaneously determining content of iridoid glycoside components in paederia scandens based on HPLC. The method comprises the following operation steps of: a, preparing a reference substance solution: taking an iridoid glycoside reference substance, and adding an ethanol solution for dissolving the reference substance to prepare a reference substance solution; b, preparing a test solution: taking a to-be-detected sample, crushing and sieving the to-be-detected sample, adding ethanol for extraction, performing filtering, and taking a subsequent filtrate to obtain the test solution; c, separately sucking the reference solution and the test solution and injecting the reference solution and the test solution into a chromatographic instrument; and d, calculating the content of iridoid glycoside components in the to-be-detected sample by adopting an external standard method.
