Embodiment 1

[0025] Example 1 In this example, Radix Notoginseng slag is used as raw material, Ganoderma lucidum ( Ganoderma lucidum 5.896) / Candida utilis ( Candida utilis 2.1012) For the production of laccase by solid-state fermentation of mixed bacteria. Specific steps are as follows:

[0026] 1. Pretreatment of notoginseng slag

[0027] Firstly, the notoginseng dregs are dried in an oven at normal pressure and 60° C., and the time is limited when the notoginseng dregs are in an easily crushed state. The dried notoginseng slag is crushed and sieved, and the notoginseng slag with a particle size of 0.1-0.3 mm is selected for subsequent processes;

[0028] 2. Ingredients and mixing

[0029] First add 1.0 g of yeast powder, 1.0 g of soybean powder, 0.04 g of copper sulfate, 0.2 g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.2 g of magnesium sulfate, 0.02 g of Tween-80, and 0.03 g of veratrol into 200 g of water, mix well, Then this solution is mixed with pretreated 100 g notoginseng slag ...

Embodiment 2

[0036] Example 2 In this example, notoginseng slag was used as raw material, Ganoderma lucidum ( Ganoderma applanatum 3.15579) / Saccharomyces cerevisiae ( Saccharomyces cerevisiae 2.1793) for the production of laccase by solid-state fermentation of mixed bacteria. Specific steps are as follows:

[0037] 1. Pretreatment of notoginseng slag

[0038] Firstly, the notoginseng dregs are dried in an oven at normal pressure and 60° C., and the time is limited when the notoginseng dregs are in an easily crushed state. The dried notoginseng slag is crushed and sieved, and the notoginseng slag with a particle size of 0.1-0.3 mm is selected for subsequent processes;

[0039] 2. Ingredients and mixing

[0040] First add 4.0 g of peptone, 1.0 g of yeast powder, 0.02 g of copper sulfate, 0.1 g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.1 g of magnesium sulfate, 0.04 g of Tween-80, and 0.06 g of veratrol into 100 g of water, mix well, and then Then this solution is mixed with pretreated 10...

Embodiment 3

[0047] Example 3 In this example, notoginseng slag was used as raw material, tropical ganoderma ( Ganoderma tropicum 3.7533) / Candida tropicalis ( Candida tropicalis 2.637) to produce laccase by solid-state fermentation of mixed bacteria. Specific steps are as follows:

[0048] 1. Pretreatment of notoginseng slag

[0049]Firstly, the notoginseng dregs are dried in an oven at normal pressure and 60° C., and the time is limited when the notoginseng dregs are in an easily crushed state. The dried notoginseng slag is crushed and sieved, and the notoginseng slag with a particle size of 0.1-0.3 mm is selected for subsequent processes;

[0050] 2. Ingredients and mixing

[0051] First add 4.0 g of yeast powder, 0.03 g of copper sulfate, 0.10 g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.15 g of magnesium sulfate, 0.03 g of Tween-80, and 0.05 g of veratrol into 180 g of water, mix well, and then add the solution Mix evenly with pretreated 100 g notoginseng slag powder;

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing laccase through mixed bacteria solid-state fermentation of pseudo-ginseng residues. The method comprises the following steps: (1) drying, crushing and screening the pseudo-ginseng residues; (2) uniformly mixing the pretreated pseudo-ginseng residues, a proper amount of nitrogen source, water, copper sulfate, magnesium sulfate, monopotassium phosphate, tween-80 and veratryl alcohol according to a certain proportion; (3) performing steam sterilization treatment on the uniformly mixed materials; (4) inoculating at least one kind of ganoderma lucidum and at least one kind of saccharomycetes on the sterilized material for mixed bacteria solid-state fermentation; and (5) drying the fermentation culture to obtain the ganoderma lucidum laccase. By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, the pseudo-ginseng residues can be converted into laccase. According to the method, the pseudo-ginseng residues are subjected to resource utilization, waste is turned into wealth, pollution caused by the pseudo-ginseng residues to the environment is reduced, and low-cost laccase can be provided for the environmental protection industry.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of industrial waste recycling, and relates to a method for producing laccase by using notoginseng slag. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of China's traditional Chinese medicine industry, the waste of traditional Chinese medicine residues in major Chinese medicine pharmaceutical factories in the country is increasing day by day. The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine dregs often adopts traditional treatment methods, such as incineration, landfill, and stacking in fixed areas. This not only requires a large amount of investment, but also causes waste of resources and serious environmental pollution. Therefore, how to properly dispose and utilize the dregs of traditional Chinese medicine is an unavoidable and important problem in the process of realizing the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. At present, the resource utilization of traditional Chinese medicine dregs mainly incl...
