The wear-resistant layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 to 120 parts of fluorocarbon resin, 15 to 25 parts of epoxy resin, 8 to 12 parts of butyl acrylate, 2 to 6 parts of styrene, 11 to 36 parts of phosphate ester, 70 to 90 parts of a diluent and 7 to 12 parts of a silane coupling agent. Due to the fact that a modified styrene-acrylic-fluorocarbon-epoxy grafted copolymer is obtained through phosphate grafted fluorocarbon resin, epoxy resin, butyl acrylate and styrene, the wear-resistant layer is not prone to being scratched off, and therefore, the elbow body is prevented from being corroded. Polypropylene glycol and the modified styrene-acrylic-fluorocarbon-epoxy graft copolymer are adopted for further grafting, so the wear resistance and toughness of the wear-resistant layer are improved.
