Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of biomedical materials, and particularly discloses an artificial periosteum containing quercetin and magnesium oxide, and the artificial periosteum is a nanofiber membrane containing magnesium oxide nanoparticles and quercetin. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the artificial periosteum, which comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving the degradable high polymer material, the magnesium oxide nanoparticles and the quercetin in an organic solution, and stirring and dissolving at room temperature to obtain an electrostatic spinning solution; and 2) preparing the artificial periosteum from the electrostatic spinning solution through an electrostatic spinning method. The invention further discloses application of the artificial periosteum to preparation of a periosteum tissue repair material. The artificial periosteum prepared by the invention has the effects of promoting cell migration, osteogenesis and angiogenesis, can accelerate bone regeneration in a bone defect area, can induce cell adhesion, proliferation, differentiation and mineralization, is beneficial to local neovascularization, and can better meet clinical requirements.
