[0027] Example 1: Preparation method of formaldehyde cross-linked collagen fiber adsorption material

[0028] Step 1: Preparation of collagen fibers

[0029] Select cowhide as the raw material, cut it and wash it thoroughly with water to remove dirt and dissolve some of the soluble substances in the raw skin to keep the raw skin soft and clean; use alkali treatment to remove the fibrous interstitium and break the disulfide bond between the hair and the keratin in the epidermis , Saponification of oils to facilitate hair removal and splitting; removing the grain layer and subcutaneous layer by splitting; adjusting the pH value by removing alkali to eliminate the swelling state of the skin, making the collagen functional group in a free state, and removing the remaining protein and glue Decomposition and decomposition products, remove oil and saponification; then demineralize and buffer treatment to control pH=6.0-7.5; finally, dehydration, drying and grinding to obtain granular col...

[0032] Example 2: Preparation method of glutaraldehyde cross-linked collagen fiber adsorption material

[0033] Step 1: Preparation of collagen fibers

[0034] Prepared according to the method of Example 1.

[0035] Step 2: Preparation of collagen fiber absorbent material

[0036] Take 3.0 g of the collagen fiber obtained in the first step and fully wet it with distilled water for 12-24 hours. Put it into 1.0g solution containing glutaraldehyde; add 1g NaCl; shake for 2 hours at a temperature of 25°C; then raise the temperature to 40°C, gradually adjust the pH to 8.5, and shake for another 2 hours. After standing overnight, the next day, the unreacted glutaraldehyde was washed away with distilled water, and dried at a temperature of 60° C. for 12-24 hours to obtain a glutaraldehyde cross-linked collagen fiber adsorbent with an average particle size of 80 μm. The shrinkage temperature measured by a differential calorimeter (DSC) was 87°C.

[0037] Example 3: Preparation of oxazolidine cross-linked collagen fiber absorbent material

[0038] Step 1: Preparation of collagen fibers

[0039] Prepared according to the method of Example 1.

[0040] Step 2: Preparation of collagen fiber absorbent material

[0041] Take 3.0 g of the collagen fiber obtained in the first step and fully wet it with distilled water for 12-24 hours. Put it into 1.0g solution containing oxazolidine, adjust the pH to 5-7; shake and react at a temperature of 25°C for 2 hours; then raise the temperature to 60°C, and then shake and react for 4 hours. Let it stand overnight, and wash off the unreacted oxazolidine with distilled water the next day. Drying at a temperature of 65° C. for 15-20 hours obtains an oxazolidine cross-linked fiber adsorbent with an average particle size of 80 μm. The shrinkage temperature measured by a differential calorimeter (DSC) was 85°C.

Abstract

A collagen fibre for adsorbing and separating tannin is prepared from animal skin through preparing collagen fibre membrane or granular collagen fibre, proportionally adding it along with the aqueoussolution of cross-linking agent to the reactor, reacting at 10-45 deg.C for 0.5-5 hr, regulating pH value to 4-8.5, reacting at 20-50 deg.C for 2-4 hr, laying aside, filtering, washing with deionizedwater and drying at 60 deg.C for 12-24 hr. It has high adsorption selectivity to tannin.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a collagen fiber adsorption material, a preparation method thereof, and the adsorption and separation of tannins. 2. Background technology [0002] Tannin, also known as tannin, refers to polyphenolic compounds with a molecular weight in the range of 500-3000. Tannins are divided into hydrolyzed tannins and condensed tannins. Hydrolyzed tannins have galloyl or ellagicoyl as their basic structural units, while condensed tannins have flavanols as their basic structural units (Shi Bi, Di Ying. Plant Polyphenols. Science Press, 2000). [0003] Tannins are found in 70% of natural medicinal plant extracts (natural medicines). Studies have found that tannins are biologically toxic. In particular, hydrolyzed tannins can easily cause liver and kidney damage, and tannic acid, which was once used as an ingredient in burn medicine, is toxic to the liver; the pneumoconiosis of workers engaged in cotton processing was dissected and fou...
