ethanol solution dissolved with
curcumin into the sulfhydrylated silk
fibroin solution, uniformly mixing to obtain a
mixed solution, freezing, then unfreezing at
room temperature to obtain a
nanoparticle emulsion, and centrifuging and freeze-
drying to obtain composite microspheres; s3, uniformly mixing the composite microspheres, thiolated collagen, a
photoinitiator LAP and a
phosphate buffer solution to obtain a
coating solution; and S4, immersing the serrated suture in the
coating solution, carrying out
ultraviolet irradiation, washing,
drying and shaping to obtain the absorbable serrated material which has excellent mechanical properties and antibacterial effects.
